Vgard Kobberdal is Partner in Crafting House and general manager of BOAS Property. He has extensive experience in consulting and development in organizations and businesses. Vegard thrive in environments where leaders create positive conditions for workers and communities. Vegard has pronounced ability to facilitate co-creation and development of the organizations he works with. Vegard has extensive experience with projects and processes within several research groups. Early in the web periode he established Net Graphic and worked in Merkantildata and later as a consultant in Ementor. He has also worked in the daily press as media consultant. Vegard holds an MBA from ESCP Europe and BI and is certified DISK® supervisor in Norway.
